Meet Jessica Gilliland, LMFT

Jessica Gilliland is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a wife, and a mom of three. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy. She has spent her career as a therapist helping individuals and couples work through body image struggles, and find healing and greater closeness in their relationships. Drawing from the research on body image and sexual health, as well as her training in systemic therapy, Jessica has developed this course as a practical tool to help you do meaningful work in the realm of body image.
